- Support client relationships: help manage day-to-day client contact, orders and follow-up across the region.
- Prospecting & lead generation: research and reach out to potential new clients, and help open new doors.
- Grow into account ownership: over time, you'll take responsibility for your own clients across the region.
- Support the regional strategy: assist with growth plans, sell-in campaigns, trade shows and showroom appointments / relationships.
- Keep the systems clean: maintain accurate client and order data in our CRM (Salesforce) and trackers.

- What we're looking for
- Ambitious and hungry to grow — you want to help build something, not just fill a role.
- A first commercial experience or a genuine drive to build a career in sales.
- Highly organised, proactive and comfortable managing several priorities.
- Confident with tools — Excel and, ideally, a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
- Client-focused, personable and happy to travel occasionally (fairs, client visits).
- Languages
- Required: English and Spanish.
- Highly valued: any additional language — especially German, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Italian or Greek.
